James SavageJim is one of the most experienced and respected litigators in Ohio, with nearly 30 years of experience in complex litigation. He has represented clients in a wide range of disputes before virtually every court jurisdiction, including the Ohio Supreme court. Several of his cases resulted in verdicts which have become landmark cases and are often quoted by other attorneys, and referred to by judges.

Jim serves his clients through his broad experience in all areas of litigation and trial representation. As a result, he has earned some of the highest accolades in the profession, including:

• A peer review rating of “AV” from Martindale Hubbell, based upon the opinions of Judges and practicing lawyers.
• Designation by his peers as a Super Lawyer every year since 2004, an honor reserved for the top five percent of lawyers in Ohio
• Membership in the Multi-Million dollar Advocacy Forum, an organization limited to attorneys in the United States who have achieved at least one jury verdict in excess of two million dollars
• The largest wrongful death award rendered up to that time in the State of Indiana

Born and raised in the Southern Ohio farming country, Jim unwinds in the outdoors, spending much of his leisure time on his tree farm in southern Ohio, as well as fly fishing and pheasant hunting.
