
Doug has been with McFadden, Winner, Savage & Segerman, LLP, since 2000, and has been a partner since 2005. He provides the firm with broad experience in defense work, ranging from personal injury and premises liability to professional malpractice. In 2009 and 2010 Doug was awarded the designation of Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Star for Business and Commercial Litigation, awarded to only the top 5% of lawyers under 40 by Cincinnati Magazine, in conjunction with Law and Politics Media, Inc.
Doug has unusual depth in financial and accounting matters, having earned a Bachelor of Arts in accounting, and having passed the C.P.A. exam. This financial background allows him to quickly understand complex financial issues and transactions.
Doug’s personal priorities focus on his wife and two children. He also admits to being a rabid fan of the Cincinnati Reds, Bengals and Bearcats.
